We provide fast, reliable and professional delivery services across Lithuania. Our dedicated van service is designed for businesses and customers who need their goods delivered the same day or at a specific requested time.

1. Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services throughout Lithuania, including:

Vilnius
Kaunas
Klaipėda
Šiauliai
Panevėžys
Alytus
Marijampolė
Tauragė
Telšiai
Utena
Other locations upon request

Long-distance and special delivery requests are accepted subject to availability.

2. Same-Day Delivery

Orders received during our operating hours may be eligible for same-day delivery.

Same-day delivery depends on:

Pickup location
Delivery location
Cargo size and weight
Driver availability
Traffic and road conditions
Requested delivery time

3. On-Demand Delivery

Need a delivery outside our standard schedule?

We offer on-demand dedicated van transportation. Your shipment can be collected and transported directly to the destination without being combined with unrelated deliveries.

For on-demand requests, please contact us before placing the order.

4. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver within the agreed delivery window.

For time-critical shipments, customers should provide:

Exact pickup address
Exact delivery address
Preferred pickup time
Preferred delivery time
Cargo dimensions
Cargo weight
Number of pallets/packages
Any special handling requirements

A confirmed delivery time will be provided after the shipment has been reviewed.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery prices depend on the shipment and route.

The price may be calculated based on:

Distance
Cargo size
Cargo weight
Number of pallets/packages
Loading/unloading requirements
Waiting time
Urgency
Requested delivery time
Special handling requirements

The final delivery price will be confirmed before transportation.

6. Loading & Unloading

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cargo is:

Properly packed
Ready for collection
Safe to transport
Accessible for loading
Correctly described

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the sender and recipient are responsible for loading and unloading the cargo.

Additional charges may apply for extended waiting times or special loading/unloading requirements.

7. Cargo Requirements

Cargo must be properly packaged and suitable for transport in a commercial van.

The customer must provide accurate information about:

Weight
Dimensions
Quantity
Nature of the goods
Special handling requirements

If the actual cargo differs significantly from the information provided during booking, COOL CATS LOGISTICS reserves the right to adjust the delivery price or refuse transportation.

8. Prohibited Cargo

We do not accept cargo that is illegal or unsafe to transport.

This includes, among other things:

Illegal goods
Explosives
Weapons without the required legal documentation
Hazardous substances without prior agreement and appropriate documentation
Illegal drugs
Unauthorised dangerous materials
Goods that may damage the vehicle or other cargo

Certain temperature-sensitive, fragile, high-value or regulated goods require prior approval.

9. Fragile & Valuable Goods

Customers must inform us before booking if the shipment contains:

Fragile goods
High-value goods
Electronics
Glass
Artwork
Temperature-sensitive products
Other goods requiring special handling

Additional packaging or transport requirements may apply.

10. Waiting Time

Our standard delivery price assumes that the cargo is ready when the driver arrives.

If the vehicle is required to wait for loading or unloading beyond the agreed free waiting period, an additional waiting charge may apply.

The customer will be informed whenever possible before additional charges are incurred.

11. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because:

The recipient is unavailable
The address is incorrect
The recipient refuses the shipment
The cargo is not ready
Access to the location is unavailable

additional transportation or waiting charges may apply.

The shipment may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

12. Delivery Confirmation

After successful delivery, the shipment may be confirmed by:

Recipient signature
Delivery document
CMR/documentation where applicable
Electronic confirmation
Photo confirmation where appropriate

13. Damage or Loss

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery.

Any visible damage should be reported to the driver immediately and recorded on the relevant delivery documentation.

Claims relating to cargo damage or loss must be submitted together with supporting documentation.

COOL CATS LOGISTICS operates subject to applicable transport legislation and agreed transport conditions.

14. Weather & Traffic

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery time has been expressly confirmed.

Traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays.
